24-Hour Self-Service Parking Storage Facility Rules
Vehicle Eligibility
- Only operational, registered
vehicles in good condition are allowed.
- Inoperable or abandoned vehicles will
not be accepted.
Facility Access
- Access is via secure gate codes—do
not share codes.
Parking
- Park within designated spaces; no
double parking or stacking.
- The facility is for storage only;
no living, business operations or working on vehicles.
Maintenance and Repairs
- No vehicle repairs or maintenance
allowed.
- Tenants are responsible for
cleaning up any leaks.
Security and Liability
- Vehicles must be locked and secured.
- The facility has 24-hour
surveillance, but tenants are responsible for securing their vehicles and maintaining
insurance.
Prohibited Items and Activities
- No hazardous materials
- No commercial activities.
- No living or camping in vehicles.
Cleanliness
- Tenants are responsible for
keeping their storage space clean and free from debris.
- Trash or personal items left
outside of vehicles or in the aisles will result in a clean-up fee.
- If a storage space is found in
disarray or unsanitary, the tenant will be charged for clean-up or may be
asked to vacate the space.
Insurance
- Tenants must maintain vehicle
insurance covering theft and damage.
Payment
- Payments are due on time via the
self-service system.
- Late fees, towing, and lien
actions may apply for non-payment or overstay.
- Lien and auction procedures will
be executed as stated in the parking agreement if payment lapses.
Vehicle Removal
- Vehicles must be removed by the
end of the rental period.
- Overstay or failure to remove
will result in fees and potential towing.
Facility Rights
- The facility reserves the right
to inspect vehicles and restrict access for maintenance or emergencies.
