Vehicle Eligibility

Only operational, registered vehicles in good condition are permitted.
- Inoperable or abandoned vehicles are prohibited.
Facility Access

Access is controlled by secure gate codes. Tenants must not share access codes with unauthorized persons.
Parking

Vehicles must be parked entirely within designated spaces. Double parking or stacking is prohibited.
- The facility is for storage purposes only. No living, business operations, or vehicle repairs are allowed on the premises.
Maintenance and Repairs

No vehicle repairs or maintenance of any kind are permitted on-site.
- Tenants are responsible for cleaning any fluid leaks or spills caused by their vehicles.
Security and Liability

Vehicles must be locked and properly secured at all times.
- The facility is monitored by 24-hour surveillance; however, tenants assume full responsibility for securing their vehicles and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage.
Prohibited Items and Activities

Hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
- Commercial activities are not allowed.
- No living, camping, or overnight stays in vehicles are permitted.
Cleanliness

Tenants must maintain their storage space in a clean and orderly condition.
- Trash or personal belongings left outside vehicles or in aisles may incur a clean-up fee.
- If a space is found unsanitary or in disarray, the tenant may be charged for cleaning or required to vacate.
Insurance

Tenants are required to maintain valid insurance covering theft and damage to their vehicles.
Payment

Payments must be made promptly through the self-service system.
- Late payments may result in fees, towing, and enforcement of lien and auction procedures as outlined in the rental agreement.
Vehicle Removal

Vehicles must be removed promptly at the end of the rental period.
- Overstaying or failure to remove vehicles may incur additional fees and towing at the tenant’s expense.
Facility Rights

The facility reserves the right to inspect vehicles and restrict access as necessary for maintenance, safety, or emergencies.
